Cookies, tracking, and online advertising
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to help it function, to understand how visitors use it, and to measure and improve our advertising.
We use advertising and analytics tools provided by third parties, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google. These tools may set cookies and may receive information about your visit and actions on our site, including through server-side measurement. Where we share event information with an advertising platform to measure ad performance, identifiers such as your email address or phone number may be shared in a hashed (encoded) form. This helps match activity to advertising while limiting the exposure of your raw details.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect how the website works.

Overseas disclosure
Some of the service providers described above store or process personal information outside Australia, including in the United States. Where we disclose personal information to an overseas recipient, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles. By providing your information you acknowledge it may be stored or processed overseas.
How we hold and protect your information
We hold personal information in electronic systems operated by us and our service providers. We take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure, including through access controls and the use of reputable platforms.
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law, and then take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify it.
If we experience a data breach that is likely to result in serious harm, we will respond in accordance with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme, including notifying affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner where required.
