Do women train with men at Phoenix Training Centre?
We have both mixed and women-friendly training options. Our environment is always respectful, controlled and ego-free. Speak to us about what works best for you and we'll make sure you're comfortable from day one.
How often should I attend?
Two or more classes per week for steady progress. Consistency matters more than volume.
How much does it cost?
We have various programs depending on what you're hoping to get out of martial arts. It's almost impossible to recommend the right one before we've met you and before you've experienced a class.
