What are the benefits of wrestling for adults?
Wrestling builds full-body strength, cardiovascular endurance, balance, coordination and explosive power. One of the oldest and most effective training systems in the world and one of the best foundations for any combat sport or general physical performance.
Will I need to purchase any equipment?
No special equipment required to start. All training equipment is provided.
Is wrestling safe?
Yes. Safety and proper technique are always the priority. Training is progressive and supervised. You'll be genuinely challenged but never pushed beyond what's appropriate for your level.
What should I wear?
Comfortable gym clothing. Shorts and a rashguard or t-shirt work well. Wrestling shoes are optional but useful as you progress.
How often should I attend?
One session per week for building strength, technique and conditioning.
How much does it cost?
We have various programs depending on what you're hoping to get out of martial arts. It's almost impossible to recommend the right one before we've met you and before you've experienced a class.
