Strength

Strength is an important part of real Functional Fitness. Our HIT program ensures that you get a minimum effective dose of Functional Strength Training in your workout.

This will include use of Callisthenics, Kettlebells, Sand Bags and Bands.

These Strength Training tools increase your real world strength, as they require greater use of your core and grip strength than gym machines.

Phoenix HIT will train you to have the strength of a GLADIATOR.

Conditioning

High Intensity conditioning will help make you a fitter and healthier person.

The conditioning component of your workout will elevate your heart rate and improve your cardiovascular health and fitness.

It will also Burn a LOT of calories and improve your Body Composition.
